The Zambia Association of Musicians – ZAM would love to inform the general public and its cooperating partners that the association on the 27th of March, 2025, held an elective AGM that ushered in a new leadership led by Mr. Brian Bwembya, also known as B’FLOW.
In his election acceptance speech Mr Bwembya thanked the membership for their show of faith and trust in his executive, and assured them that time for politics and games is done, as it is now time to work and deliver on the promises made during the almost 2months period of campaigns.
Mr Bwembya called on all musicians to stand together as one under the association umbrella, and fight for the growth and development of the music industry, as it is the only way that Zambian Musicians can and will see progress the industry.
“A united association is what I hope to build. We shall embrace all members those that voted for us and even those that didn’t, we shall also extend an invite to those that have for reasons best known to themselves shunned the association, we need you on board, come and seat us down and tell us what we need to change and let’s be the change needed together.”
He said. Mr Bwembya also took time to thank the outgoing executive for their contributions to the associations growth and wished them well in their future endeavours.
