Throughout 2020 Darrel has been working hard on his EP which is finally complete and will be released onto digital music stores from the 1st of November 2020 ; the body of work is titled ‘ Purple Chapter 2 ; A mended heart’ and like the title suggests it is a journey of pain ; regret ; anger ; disbelief ; loss the experiences in life and ultimately once one has been though all that ….. is it possible to truly Love again??!! The best way to describe the sound of the EP would be to say its a fusion EP ;
Darrel worked with Tatenda LXA ; renowned award winning producer Simba Tagz ; Nash and Brett Jaggz for production on this EP ; and has features from Zambian star T-sean Baila and from Zimbabwe Darrel collaborated on songs with Lloyd Soul and Tawanda M.
