Zambian born rapper – Sampa The Great delivers a remarkable live performance for the “Black August Hip-Hop Project“. Sampa performs various songs including an unreleased track featuring Tio Nason and produced by Mag44.

The Black August Hip-Hop Project is a celebration of Hip-Hop and our freedom fighters. It is a global event that was produced in NYC, Cuba & South Africa between the years . The project raised thousands of dollars for US Political Prisoners, but more importantly utilized Hip-Hop culture at its purest form to raise the Hip-Hop generation’s consciousness and awareness about the existence of political prisoners in the United States as well as the liberation movement they championed.
