Speaking on radio phone call Davison Munsanda new Zam (Zambia Music Association Of Zambia), says the the Music industry Must Be Locked, Consumers must pay for each song for the well meaning of Zambian Music and the musicians.
He letter added radio stations have to pay as well as artists for membership fee, he was speaking with radio/tv presenter Dj Pressure T AKA PMC.
