Jay Rox’s New Album Enigma will feature Artists from from Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya and it will change the narrative about who he is.
Headphone Music Overload artist Jay Rox, stated that his new album will change the narrative about who he is. The rapper stated that he is aware of the several characters that the media has developed for Jay Rox.
It is for this reason that he named his album “Enigma”, as it is about to unravel this riddle (Jay Rox).
The 21-track album, according to the rapper, is a combination of varied sounds that all relate to the original Zambian vibe.
“At the end of the day, I want to be recognized as a Zambian musician,” the rapper said, emphasizing that he went all out, collaborating with artists from Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, and Zambia.
He however did not abandon the Zambian sound stating he wants people outside of Zambia to be aware of the Zambian sound and respond to it.
As a result, he spent nearly two years ensuring that the sound is authentic, the message relatable, and most importantly, excellent and Zambian.
