Zambian musician Pilato has been appointed as the Permanent Secretary under the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Arts.
Chama Fumba AKA Pilato joins Pastor Kangwa Chileshe in the Ministry where they will share duties as Permanet secretaries.
Mr. Chama Fumba will be in charge of Art while Mr. Kangwa Chileshe will handle Youth and Sports.
‘PilAto’ Chama Fumba is among several individuals that have been sworn in by President Hakainde Hichilema at State House today.
